(March to Nov 1992: Hans Chr Gjestvang: Organ & piano)
Started out in 1987 with writing and demo-recordings. Only a few gigs. Short break in 1989-90 while Nicolaisen and Steinsrud were roaming around in the US for about 6 months. They were back in Norway in spring 1990 with a lot of inspiration and new material, and together with Maehlum they did a lot of gigging on the club scene in southern Norway.
After a few months, they got their first gig at one of Oslo's major club venues. Organ/piano player Hans Chr Gjestvang joined as fulltime member of the band for a 8-month period in 1992. Gjestvang left in November'92 to tour and record with Norwegian band Conception. The band was then gigging as trio and did a few gigs with hired sidesmen on guitar and organ until Lars Chr Narum joined the band in feb 1993. |
